1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Keyword Tracker 360 (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
We provide an SEO rank tracking and SERP intelligence platform. Features and pricing may change; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes.
3. Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for the security of your account and for the activity that happens under it. Do not use the Service to scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer our data sources, to send spam, or to violate any applicable law.
4. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Overages on tracked-keyword quotas may be billed at the rate published on the pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel any time. Your access continues to the end of the current billing period. Deleting an account permanently removes projects, rank data, and reports.
6. Data & privacy
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your project data; we act as a processor for the operation of the Service.
7. Warranty & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
