Keyword Tracker 360 ("we", "our", "us") operates the website keywordtracker360.io and the related SEO rank tracking application. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
2. What we collect
- Account data — email, display name, avatar (if provided).
- Project data — domains, competitors, keywords, locations, and settings you configure.
- SERP data — rankings, SERP features, and snapshots we fetch from DataForSEO on your behalf.
- Google Search Console data — when you connect GSC, we access queries, pages, clicks, and impressions for the properties you authorise.
- Product analytics — anonymised usage events to improve the product.
3. How we use it
We use your data to operate the service — track your rankings, compute movement, run keyword discovery, and generate reports. We use aggregated, anonymised data to improve reliability and features. We never sell your data.
4. Third-party processors
- DataForSEO — SERP and keyword data provider. Queries you track are sent to their API.
- Google Search Console — read-only access with the scope you authorise.
- Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — auth, database, storage.
- Perplexity & Lovable AI Gateway — optional AI features (keyword clustering, intent classification).
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We use minimal analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. No advertising cookies.
6. Data retention
Rank snapshots and project data are retained for the life of the account. You can delete a project at any time — deletion is immediate and cascades to all associated rankings and reports.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@keywordtracker360.io.
